How to Create a User on the Knowledge Base
You will need to go into the AdminÂ from the left of your dashboard, then select Users. Select the user you want to have access to the online knowledge base. Click the "?" on the top right side beside the employees user name.
Please note, the employee must have an email address before the question mark will show up. The sign in user name on the knowledge base will be the employees email address that has been assigned to them through the company’s I-Trax user page. The password will default to the employees email address. The employee can change the password once they have logged into the knowledge base.
